The best part is when her clients feel so good they get higher paying jobs, fall in love, start businesses and move. It’s truly incredible to watch the transformation of these women who go from feeling stuck to empowered to live their dreams.

She also has a certificate from the Institute of The Psychology of Eating, Trained in the Hormone Cure with Dr. Sara Gottfried and is a Registered Yoga Instructor.
I loved that when we designed Katie’s Photoshoot, she wanted to step outside her comfort zone and go for complete glamour. It’s hard to tell by looking at these beautiful photos that she wears work out wear for work everyday. It’s amazing when my clients can step out of their comfort zone and explore a different side of themselves.
What projects you are currently working on?
For my birthday week in March, I’ve having a smoothie challenge! Back when I started eating healthier several years ago, my first step in feeling more energized was switching out my morning cereal with a green smoothie. It made such a difference in not only my energy levels, but I felt more nourished, had less cravings and my skin glowed. I’m excited to show women how small changes to your lifestyle can help create long lasting healthy changes. If you want to join us you can join us here. http://katiebressack.com/smoothie-challenge/
What’s your guilty pleasure? I’m a bit obsessed with celebrity news! I love reading People and US Weekly and always win celebrity trivia.
Who has been your greatest inspiration? My grandmother! She was a full time nurse, had five children, and is 97 years old! She has amazing stories and taught me to always take care of myself and others.
How long have you been living in LA? I’ve been in sunny California for almost six years this June. My husband was asked to move out to the LA office and after one of the coldest winters on record in NYC we decided to try it out. We thought we would be here for two years tops, and here we are going on year six!
What did you want to do when you were growing up? I wanted to be a singer! I got a play microphone one Christmas and I would practice singing anytime I could. Its probably a good thing for myself and the neighborhood cats that I discovered this whole healthy living thing!
Dogs or cats? Dogs! We have a three year old rescue dog named Piper, who is a mix of a terrier and dachshund and the love of our lives. Its dogs, paws down!
What does hell look like for you? The only food available is McDonalds!
What does heaven look like? Bali! We were in Bali last year and I thought to myself “this is heaven and exactly where I want to be when the time comes.”
What are you most looking forward to in 2017? Spending quality time with the people I care about the most and continuing to support all of my amazing clients as we create their healthiest life possible.
